Context: Outside Day, Broke above overnight highs and held above

Exit: A new event fired off and I trailed my stop to the new event, unfortunately I got taken out due tho this. 

Emotions Before: Good, setup met rules so i fired

Emotions During: Got super annoyed at that second stop run. Didnt want to move my stop up but did per rules

Emotions After: Still anoyed, trade worked out if i didnt trail

Did Well: Followed rules even tho i took a small loss in this case

Needs Improvement: Nothing, followed the rules, trailed stop per strategy, unfortunately got taken out before the trade hit target.

Would I take again: Yes, solid setup that met all the rules.
