Reason: Algo Guy Bullish, Ice event bullish, Not much big liquidity above. no target above

Context: We gapped up big on the day and was looking for a move out. the gap up was out of a previous balance on the 1hr chart, I still think this will rip.  RUT was in long gamma from 2100, Large call walls at 2130, 2140. RTY long gamma at 2150

Entry: Limit order above zone as per strategy

Exit: Hit full stop loss

Mistakes: Let bias overcome setup, there was no good liquidity above, ES was sitting around 6015 which was long gamma with massive call wall at 6000. RUT also had big call walls around that level and just entered long gamma

Emotions Before: Super wanting to trade, only took 1 trade previously the whole week due to various issues, like bad price action days and my internet didn't work all the previous day. Emotions During: At the time annoyed i traded Russell, it was weak compared to ES and NQ, none of them would have worked out in the end but at the time was annoyed. Emotions After: Didnt care, still thought my context was right and instantly went to the ES and NQ to look for more longs. 

Did Well: Still think was a decent setup that I still think will work out, just not on that day.Needs Improvement: Was conflicted on this one as Futures options showed no call walls above but the SPY and NDX did. Futures were also a bit in short gamma still while the mainSo i ignored the options data, also didnt have good liquidity above, it had already been taken out at 2130. two warnings to this setupWould I take again: Yes, the context with the gap up I think will rip. Just was a weird day, ended up being a neutral day on a big gap up on a big news day. Not typical.
